Khalil Eldana is an expert in the assessment, restoration and repair of façades, curtain walls and windows and knowledgeable in all types of roofing. In addition to providing consulting on existing and new building envelope construction, he performs building failure analysis, investigations, condition assessments, visual evaluations of façade elements and design of repairs. He is skilled at providing services for all project phases, from design to construction administration and quality control for a variety of buildings. Khalil has worked on many historic and landmarked buildings throughout New York City. He performed the restoration of the Kings Theatre in Brooklyn, and the façade restoration of the Ed Sullivan Theater and CBS/Black Rock Building in Manhattan. He is an expert in historic brick façades, brick and masonry walls, limestone and terra cotta as well as in NYC building code analysis.
