Designed by Heatherwick Studio, a new residential project in Vancouver that will comprise two sculptural towers, 30 and 39 storeys, that will promote indoor-outdoor living. A curvilinear latticework defines exterior balconies that will serve as outdoor rooms for residents.

We are providing façade engineering and facade access consultancy services to developer BOSA Properties. The development includes 387 condos in addition to 14,700 square feet of retail space and a new childcare facility as well as vehicle and bicycle parking.

• The facades typically feature ceramic cladding with glazing infills and full-height balcony doors with inset or projecting balconies.
• The cladding comprises a unitized curtain wall system where the glazing, the framing and the ceramic cladding is fully assembled off-site under factory-controlled conditions and then transported and erected as units, this allows for tighter quality control and accelerated installation.
