Sergio De Gaetano leads the overall direction and operations for our design practices in the UK and Europe, with a focus on supporting the client's vision and strategic goals. Based in our London office, he brings more than 25 years of international experience with a specialization in complex façades and roof systems.
His award-winning portfolio includes the re-development of Wimbledon No. 1 Court in London, three hospitals for the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Health Initiative in Greece, and Arter contemporary art museum in Istanbul, Turkey. Earlier in his career, Sergio contributed to the design of such notable projects as the Tate Modern extension in London and Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
In addition to his design work, Sergio is skilled in the investigation of building façade defects, providing expert witness services, and assessing the fire performance of existing building envelopes to ensure compliance with regulations.
