Assessing the damage of a residential building in the Zone A of Staten Island after CAT-90 Sandy.

Drawing on expertise from across our firm, we quickly assembled a team of forensic specialists to address a wide range of responses to Sandy, which made landfall near Atlantic City, N.J., on Oct. 29, 2012.

We conducted damage assessment related to the inundation of multiple facilities in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut; specifically as it relates to structural and architectural evaluation, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection equipment and systems. Included in the investigations are high-rise office, high-rise residential, retail, rail and aviation facilities and government facilities. Our clients include building owners and managers, insurance companies and their representatives, and various governmental agencies.
