Michael Dowdall has more than three decades of experience in mechanical design and forensics. He specializes in complex facilities as well as cleanrooms that require precision control of temperature and humidity. In addition to his knowledge of design and construction, Mike is experienced with forensic investigations and expert witness testimony, primarily for HVAC equipment failures and installation issues. He is also skilled at commissioning and life cycle cost analysis.
