Vision

Our vision is to ensure that Thornton Tomasetti is a place where all people can feel comfortable being themselves at work. While this is Spectrum’s vision, the responsibility for maintaining a safe and welcoming work environment does not rest solely on Spectrum’s shoulders. Our vision is one where everyone at TT understands the importance of the ENG as a vehicle for employee development, engagement, and retention.

Mission

Spectrum promotes an inclusive workplace community and advocates for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) employees at Thornton Tomasetti. Spectrum assists Thornton Tomasetti’s goal for retaining a diverse staff by creating a forum for – and planning professional development events to promote the advancement of – LGBTQ+ employees.
