Our People

Antonio De Luca Ph.D., P.E., S.E.

Associate Principal

Antonio De Luca specializes in forensic engineering and structural investigations across a wide range of building and infrastructure systems. He combines field evaluations – including nondestructive testing and vibration monitoring – with structural analysis to understand and verify structural behavior and performance. Antonio investigates the cause and origin of distress, damage, and serviceability issues in construction materials and develops practical repair strategies. His analysis and design experience includes structural systems of various types, foundation underpinning wall stabilization, and deconstruction engineering plans. In addition to his project work, Antonio serves on technical committees and editorial boards and teaches courses in concrete design and forensic engineering.
