Matthew Olender P.E., LEED AP

Senior Principal & Forensics Practice Co-Leader

Matthew Olender, a co-leader of the firm’s Forensics practice, has experience in forensic investigations, emergency response, condition assessments, existing building repair and alteration and litigation support. During his career, he has worked on such high-profile assignments as the World Trade Center collapse in New York City and the collapse of a parking garage at Miami Dade College’s West Campus in Doral, Florida. Matt has experience with concrete, steel and masonry structures in the commercial, educational and residential sectors. In addition to supervising teams, he collaborates with architects, contractors, developers, property managers, attorneys, condominium boards and building owners on a diverse mix of projects.
