Senior Vice President

Rich Vivenzio, who supports our Forensics practice in the U.S. East region, has extensive experience in design, construction, project management and architectural forensics. He specializes in insurance investigations, construction litigation and architecture/architectural standard of care. Working on behalf of insurance companies and attorneys, Rich has served as an expert witness in matters involving cause and origin investigations, construction means and methods, water infiltration, building envelopes and construction failures. He has prepared analytical documentation and reports for meditation and settlement conferences, arbitration hearings and depositions and dispute resolution cases. Rich has led water intrusion investigations at such notable structures as Yankee Stadium and the National September 11 Memorial & Museum in New York City and the BNY Mellon Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He has participated in the design and implementation of flood mitigation strategies following Superstorm Sandy. Rich is also an expert in Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards and compliance and has published and lectured on the subject.
