The new global headquarters of hedge fund Citadel and market maker Citadel Securities will rise at 1201 Brickell Bay Drive in Miami, becoming one of the tallest towers in town.
We are providing structural design, protective design and security, and sustainability and resilience consulting services to Foster + Partners for the 54-story, 1.75-million-square-foot waterfront building. In addition to Class-A office space, the tower will include a hotel, retail and dining space and a public pedestrian path along the water. Construction is expected to begin in 2025.
