Overview

Located adjacent to Miami International Airport, this new stadium will be home for Inter Miami CF and the centerpiece of a development that will also include the largest park in the city, a hotel, offices, entertainment, restaurants and retail.

We are providing an integrated suite of services – structural, façade and construction engineering, façade access services, waterproofing, steel connection design and Tekla Modeling, and flood resilience – to Manica. The 25,000 seat stadium is expected to open in 2026.

In just four years we have changed the perception worldwide of American soccer. As we commence construction of Miami Freedom Park that same vision guides us. In creating a multi-faceted space we will set a new standard of what sport complexes can be.

Highlights

  • The stadium includes a two-tier seating bowl with an elevated main concourse, sideline premium tower with clubs, suites, and press, and a tensile cable canopy / roof.
  • The superstructure consists of a mix of structural steel and cast-in-place concrete to accommodate an accelerated construction schedule and local market preferences.
  • To achieve an accelerated opening date, the project was delivered on an extremely aggressive schedule with structural permit documents procured in less than six months.
