We provided structural and performance-based design services for the award-winning project, which was designed by Michael Maltzan Architecture. Sited adjacent to the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc), a railyard and the Los Angeles River, the development occupies a half-mile long, four-acre site and consists of 438 apartments, 77,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space and 750 parking spaces. The project also includes a full-size gymnasium that overlooks an amenity deck with an elevated swimming pool.
