Clearwater at The Heights

Overview

Houston's new Clearwater at The Heights creates a warm and welcoming senior living experience. An art studio, advanced fitness center and a resort-style pool are just some of the amenities residents can enjoy. Residents can also choose the pace of their day, whether that be gardening classes, holiday parties, on-premise upscale restaurants or enjoying downtown skyline views from an expansive rooftop.

We provided structural design services to Kirksey to accommodate the facility’s medical and residential needs, as well as integration into the surrounding urban neighborhood.

• The facility has 198 units with a variety of floor plans and levels of care for the residents.
