David Kirschenbaum’s design experience encompasses a wide variety of new building and seismic retrofit projects. He is skilled in project management and the design and construction administration of steel, concrete, masonry and timber structures. David has led projects across a range of market sectors, including education, government, cultural and institutional, commercial, healthcare and sports. He served as project manager for the 22,000-seat BMO Stadium, which opened ahead of schedule after approximately 18 months of construction. David’s wide-ranging design and project management experience also includes the San Joaquin County federal courthouse building in Stockton, California, and Celadon at 9th and Broadway, a high-rise affordable housing community in downtown San Diego.
