We provided building envelope consulting services to Trinity Place Holdings and collaborated with architect, FXCollaborative, for this 42-story, 300,000-square-foot mixed-use development comprising residential space, a public school at the podium and retail on the ground floor and one grade below. The building occupies two thirds of the city block bordered by Rector Street, Trinity Place, Edgar Place and Greenwich Street. The project also includes the gut renovation of an adjacent landmark building, the Dickey House.
