Melissa Wong is an experienced architect who specializes in the design and construction of façade and enclosure systems for a range of building types. She oversees the Façade Engineering practice’s building enclosure commissioning work and collaborates with owners, contractors and consultants to create high-performing building envelope systems. Melissa has considerable experience providing design consultation, detail development, specifications, shop drawing review and on-site façade inspections. Her work also includes façade recladding, roofing and waterproofing consulting, existing building envelope review and failure investigations. Among the award-winning projects in Melissa’s portfolio are Cornell University’s Bill & Melinda Gates Hall in Ithaca, New York, the Ford Foundation Social Center for Justice and the Chelsea Modern in Manhattan and NYCB LIVE, home of the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum Presented By New York Community Bank, in Uniondale, New York.
