Glenn Thater is a leader in the Renewal practice and has considerable experience in multidisciplinary engineering investigation, alteration, renovation and restoration projects of all sizes and complexities. He oversees technical teams and coordinates with developers, property owners and managers, co-op and condo boards and contractors to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Glenn’s work spans across a range of property sectors, including commercial and residential, cultural and institutional, aviation and transportation and education. His portfolio also includes a number of special structures such as space frames, domes, scaffolds, temporary and historic structures and parking garages.
