Gary Mancini heads our Renewal practice, which encompasses the repair, rehabilitation and alteration of a building structure, envelope or mechanical system. In addition to strategic planning and development activities, he serves as principal in charge for many challenging structural design and investigation projects. His responsibilities include supervising project teams and coordinating the technical and financial aspects of projects. During his extensive career, Gary has worked on a variety of building types on behalf of commercial and residential owners and developers, institutions, attorneys and insurance companies. His resume includes major structural alterations and rehabilitations, façade evaluations, structural investigations, feasibility studies and forensic analyses. Gary has also served as an expert witness.
