For façades with complex or irregular geometry, it is critical to establish panel shapes and sizes that meet architectural requirements while being practical to fabricate, ship, erect and maintain. We optimize panelization using advanced geometry analysis tools to study multiple subdivision strategies. To define the façade geometry itself, we use parametric modeling and write customized software scripts to best suit each project’s needs. From concept studies through detailed steelwork, 3D modeling of façade joints, fabrication sequencing and erection engineering, our wide range of analytical capabilities enhances the constructability of complex forms.
