As leader of our human resources team, Dan Stauthamer champions Thornton Tomasetti’s culture and pursuit of its purpose, values and long-term goals. His focus is to cultivate innovation and knowledge sharing, diversity in background and outlook, and to provide borderless careers. Dan partners with senior leaders to translate our business plans into a people strategy tuned to accelerate business results.

Having lived in five countries and worked in more than a dozen, I have been lucky, as an HR person, to learn the many ways we win and deliver projects. This has helped me understand how HR can play a key role in achieving business goals.
