Billy Tse, a key member of the firm’s Pacific Rim team, specializes in structural engineering design, analysis and management for a variety of building types, particularly supertalls. He is responsible for all phases of project design and planning, including coordination with architects, clients and consultants and quality control. Billy has played an integral role in the structural design of many large-scale projects. These include the 632-meter Shanghai Tower, China’s tallest building and the second tallest in the world; the 660-meter Ping An International Finance Center, in Shenzhen, China; the 600-plus-meter Wuhan Greenland Center, also in China; and CityCenter, a 20-million-square-foot hotel and casino complex in Las Vegas, Nevada. His portfolio also features residential, institutional, sports, education and aviation projects.
