Michael Pulaski leads Thornton Tomasetti’s Portland, Maine, office. He has extensive experience in sustainability consulting, sustainability strategies and engineering, energy and environmental analysis and certification management. His clients include building owners, design teams and contractors for new and existing structures. He is well-versed in all LEED rating systems, Living Building Challenge certification, Passive House standards and international ratings systems, such as BREEAM, Three Star, Estidama and Green Star. Among his many industry contributions, Michael is a founding member of the U.S. Green Building Council’s Emerging Professionals national committee. He also served on the Whole Systems Integration Process ANSI Standard Integrated Design committee. He regularly conducts green building workshops, facilitation sessions and training for community stakeholders and design and construction professionals.
