Narinder Chhabra has over four decades of experience in the design of structures including healthcare facilities and commercial, mixed-use and long-span projects. His responsibilities include all phases of design, from schematic through construction administration, and he regularly supervises complex projects that use a variety of systems and materials. His career includes extensive experience in the rehabilitation and modernization of existing structures in New York such as the Chock Full O’Nuts processing and distribution facility in Brooklyn, several New York City government agencies, an 1840 historic building at 280 Broadway and several structural renovation projects for the National Broadcasting Corporation at Rockefeller Center. He is equally skilled and versed in the design of new structures, including two major high-bay air cargo buildings at Newark International Airport, long-span modular hangars at the Newark Airport Corporate Aviation Center, the Rochester, New York, airport and several New York City Public Schools.
